Shipping, Delivery & Live Arrival Guarantee 

At Worms4Earth, we guarantee that your earthworms will arrive alive and in good condition. To ensure their safety during transit, we may delay shipping during periods of extreme heat or cold.

If your worms do not arrive alive, you must report the loss within 12 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the dead worms and email or text them to us. Shipments reported after 12 hours will not qualify for a replacement.

Live Arrival Guarantee Requirements

To qualify for our Live Guarantee:

• Someone must be available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.

• If no one is available, let us know at checkout or by email, and we will mark the package:
  “HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR CUSTOMER PICKUP.”
